Abstract:
Provided is a spectacle lens, including: a lens substrate; a multilayer film disposed on one surface of the lens substrate; and a multilayer film disposed on the other surface of the lens substrate, wherein an average reflectance within the wavelength range from 380 to 500 nm measured at least on one surface of the spectacle lens is 10.00% or more, and a reflectance measured at least on one surface of the spectacle lens is 5.00% or less in the entire range within the wavelength range from 400 to 780 nm.
