Abstract:
To allow the contents of an inner container to be easily discharged even if the remaining amount of the contents is low.SOLUTION: A squeeze bottle 1 includes an inner container that reduces its volume and deforms with the decrease of its contents, and an outer container having the inner container housed therein, a mouth portion, a barrel portion 16, and a bottom portion 14 of which are continuously provided in this order from top to bottom along a direction of a bottle axis O, at least a barrel portion of the outer container being formed elastically deformable. At least the barrel portion has a major axis and a minor axis that intersect each other on the bottle axis, a planar view seen from the bottle axis direction is shaped flat, with a pair of short side portions 21 and a pair of long side portions 22. In the bottom portion are formed: an annular grounding portion 31 located at an outer peripheral edge; a concave portion 34 recessed upward; a holding rib 33 formed on an inner surface of the concave portion, in which a portion of the outer container holds a portion of the inner container in such a way as to include the portion of the inner container therein. The concave portion is formed over the entire length of the bottom portion in a major axis direction in which the major axis extends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
