Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standby power reducing device of each peripheral appliance used in a printing machine which reduces a standby power of the peripheral appliance while interrupting a printing operation and, upon the re-opening of the printing operation, can immediately operate the printing machine.SOLUTION: A standby power reducing device of each peripheral appliance includes: contacts which are provided on a power source circuit of a compressor 1, a cooling tank 2 and a UV drying device 3 which are used on a printing machine and have power sources thereof taken from a power source of a printing machine and individually turn on/off power sources of the compressor 1, the cooling tank 2 and the UV drying device 3 with respect to the power source of the printing machine; an electromagnetic switch MC1 for compressor, an electromagnetic switch MC2 for cooling tank and an electromagnetic switch MC3 for UV drying device which have the contacts; and a switch control part 30 which turns off the electromagnetic switch MC1 for compressor, the electromagnetic switch MC2 for cooling tank and the electromagnetic switch MC3 for UV drying device corresponding to respective devices during a preset time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
