Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device which is sufficed in a small operation amount of the device as a whole when performing fine work, high in the safety of an operation, can coexists with human beings, and can automatically perform work which is similar to manual work performed by human beings.SOLUTION: A working device 1 having a constitution having six degrees of freedom for performing work by using an end effector 5 comprises: a linear motion unit 3 having three degrees of freedom obtained by combining three linear motion actuators 11, 12 and 13; and a rotating unit 4 having three degrees of freedom obtained by combining a plurality of rotating mechanisms 21, 22 and 23 having one or more degrees of freedom. The linear motion unit 3 is fixed to and arranged at a pedestal 2 at its base. A base of the rotating unit 4 is fixed to and arranged at an output part 13a of the linear motion unit 3. An end effector 5 is mounted to an output part 23a of the rotating unit 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
