Abstract:
To provide a steel frame beam capable of securing sufficient plastic deformation performance while suppressing an increase in yield strength due to strain hardening after the steel frame beam reaches total plastic yield strength by increasing the order of a buckling mode generated in the steel frame beam.SOLUTION: A steel frame beam comprises an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web connecting the upper flange and the lower flange.
