Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member for vehicle in which shape defect by camber or twist, one of springback is rectified without using a generally used additional process such as emboss or bead influencing the shape of the structural member and without influencing the shape, and to provide the production method and device therefor.SOLUTION: A production method for a structural member for vehicle is characterized by restraining ununiformity of stress generated in components at press molding by pinching the member and pressing a bruise 50 to prevent occurrence of camber or twist, one of shape defective phenomenon when producing hat-shaped structural members for vehicle having a curved shape above and below in a longitudinal direction, having the curved shape left and right, and having the curved shape both above and below, and left and right in the longitudinal direction by press-molding a high-strength steel plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
