Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate capable of removing frosting and dew condensation without using a heating device.SOLUTION: A substrate has a base bottom part, and a plurality of trapezoidal projection parts positioned on the surface of the base bottom part, and the distance between the tip portions of the projection parts is 5 nm or larger and less than 10 nm. Also the length of the projection part is 0.1 μm or larger and less than 10 μm, and the angel of the surface of the projection part is less than 90° to a vertical direction. Further, portions other than the tips of the projections are used a substrate subjected to water repellent treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
