Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface measurement device in which a shift width of reflection light from a surface of a measured object can be reduced and downsizing as compared to the prior art is possible.SOLUTION: A surface measurement device includes optical detection means that causes parallel light to be reflected by a surface of a measured object, causes the reflected light to pass through an optical element, and then detects light intensity of the reflected light. In the surface measurement device that measures a condition of the surface of the measured object on the basis of the light intensity, the optical element is an optical deflection element that has a given refraction index, and outputs output light so that the reflected light is deflected and output light outputted from the optical element enters the optical detection means.
