Abstract:
To provide a monitoring display device which displays a guard while blending in the scenery of a monitoring space and displays emergency information or guidance information in an easily visually recognizable manner for a user.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a monitoring display device which is installed in a monitoring space. The monitoring display device comprises a display unit which is a mirror-type display which reflects light from the monitoring space and displays an image while superposing it on an image of the monitoring space formed by the reflection. Lightness of the monitoring space is acquired, and an image of a character simulating a standing guard is displayed on the display unit while controlling the image in such a manner that an average luminance value of the image in a display region becomes a luminance value corresponding to the lightness of the monitoring space. In a case where a predetermined switching condition is satisfied, a notification information image which is different from the image of the character, for notifying a person in the monitoring space of predetermined information is displayed on the display unit while being replaced with the image of the character or superposed on the image of the character and controlling the image in such a manner that an average luminance value of the notification information image becomes greater than an average luminance value of the image of the character.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
