Abstract:
To prevent an insulation property from being deteriorated by metal abrasion powder or resin abrasion powder which is generated between a movable contact piece and a contact terminal.SOLUTION: A rotary switch mechanism 100 comprises: a contact terminal 11 disposed substantially concentrically with a rotor 7 which is held in a freely rotatable manner in a case 10; and a movable contact piece 8 disposed substantially concentrically in the rotor 7. An electrified state and a cutoff state is switched by contacting and separating the contact terminal 11 exposed on a stationary surface of the case 10 and the movable contact piece 8 protruding from a movable surface of the rotor 7 opposed to the stationary surface of the case 10. The rotary switch mechanism comprises a wave spring 6 which brings the movable surface into press contact with the stationary surface. The stationary surface includes a groove 101, and the movable surface includes a projection 71 which is fitted to and separated from the groove 101. By rotating the rotor 7, when fitting the groove 101 and the projection 71, the movable contact piece 8 is landed on the contact terminal 11 and contacted and when releasing the fitting, the movable contact piece 8 is floated from the contact terminal 11 and separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
