Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve foam retention of beer with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A bubble generating mechanism 21 of a tap device includes: a first chamber 22 into which a liquid sparkling beverage is introduced in a pressurized state; a second chamber 23 into which the sparkling beverage from the first chamber 22 is introduced in a foam-like state; a communication flow passage 25 which communicates the first chamber 22 and the second chamber 23 with each other, and also gives flow passage resistance so that when the sparkling beverage flows through the second chamber, pressure in the first chamber 22 is higher than that in the second chamber 23; and external gas introduction means 20 for introducing external gas into the sparkling beverage in the pressurized state after being introduced into the first chamber 22 and before being introduced into the second chamber 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
