Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail mounting device of an electrical machine in which the number of components is reduced and which can easily perform mounting, and a thermal type overload relay using the same.SOLUTION: A rail mounting device of an electrical machine for attaching an electrical machine inserted to a current path on an attachment rail, includes rail engagement parts 23A, 23B which are formed on a rail mounting part for mounting the attachment rail of the electrical machine to engage with one side edge of the attachment rail, and a movable engagement part 25 which faces the rail engagement parts to engage with the other side edge of the attachment rail. The movable engagement part includes a dog-leg shape spring member 26 provided with a pair of open ends engaged with the other side edge of the attachment rail, and a spring support part 27 supporting the dog-leg shape spring member so that the pair of open ends uniformly faces the attachment rail.
