Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel thermoplastic copolymer having a lactone unit and a styrenic unit and a film composed of the copolymer.SOLUTION: An acrylic copolymer is produced by a continuous process in which 2-(hydroxymethyl) acrylate and styrenic monomers are at least used as polymerization components, and the polymerization of the polymerization components and the extraction of resultant copolymers are continuously performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
