Abstract:
To provide a thin wick and a thin heat pipe.SOLUTION: A thin heat pipe 1 is configured such that: a cross frame 21 or a one-side direction frame 21 protrudes on an upper plate 11 so as to have a thickness of 0.025 to 0.5 mm; the cross frame 21 or the one-side direction frame 21 protrudes on a lower plate 12 having the same shape as the upper plate 11 so as to have the thickness described above; at each position surrounded by the cross frame 21 or the one-side direction frame 21, a protrusion 22 protrudes on both the upper plate 11 and the lower plate 12, or only the lower plate 12 so as to have the same thickness, or the protrusion 22 does not protrude on the upper plate 11 and the lower plate 12 by the cross frame 21; the cross frame 21 or the one-side direction frame 21 of the upper plate 11 and the cross frame 21 of the lower plate 12 are joined; a thin wick 10 in which the protrusion 22 abuts or is close to each intersection position of the cross frame 21 or each longitudinal position of the one-side direction frame 21 is arranged after forming a cavity 100 adjacent to the inside of a peripheral wall 3; and a refrigerant liquid inlet 51 and a refrigerant liquid outlet 52 are installed in the peripheral wall 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(a)
