Abstract:

To provide a toilet seat device that allows a toilet seat to be placed stably on a toilet bowl, and can accurately measure a body weight of a user.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat having a seating part on which a user sits, a bottom face part that faces the seating part, a recessed part provided to the bottom face part and recessed toward the seating part, and a cushion part attached to the recessed part, which comes in contact with the upper face of the toilet bowl; and a load sensor provided inside the recessed part for detecting a load applied to the toilet seat. The cushion part includes a cover part that faces the upper face of the toilet bowl and covers the recessed part, and a through-hole provided to the cover part that penetrates between the inside and the outside of the recessed part. The load sensor includes a detection part for detecting the load applied to the seating part, and a load transmission part that extends from the detection part to the through-hole of the cushion part and transmits the load to the detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
