Abstract:
To provide a toner that, in a miniaturized, accelerated image forming apparatus main body, can achieve both low temperature fixability and prevention of adhesion of ejected sheets in a use environment where sheets are loaded on a paper ejection tray in a double-sided printing mode.SOLUTION: A toner has toner particles containing a binder resin, hydrocarbon wax A, and ester wax B. In thermal IR measurement holding the toner for 10 minutes at 100°C, when the ratio of a peak intensity attributed to the hydrocarbon wax A to a peak intensity attributed to the binder resin is I, and when a peak intensity ratio at an initial stage of heating of the toner to 100°C is I(ini) and a peak intensity ratio after the lapse of 10 minutes from when the toner is heated and held at 100°C is I(10 min), the I(ini) and the I(10 min) satisfy the following formula (1).
