To provide a toothed rotating shaft capable of extending the life of teeth by a simple water-cooling structure.SOLUTION: A protruding-tooth crusher shaft 1, which is one example of a toothed rotating shaft, comprises a shaft body 2, teeth 3, a cylindrical space 8 that serves as a water passage, and a hole 4. The teeth 3 protrude from an outer periphery of the shaft body 2. The cylindrical space 8 is provided along the shaft center of the shaft body 2.
