PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot capable of conveying properly a workpiece including a flexible long part.SOLUTION: A robot includes a first holding part 18 for holding a prescribed part of a workpiece 110 including a flexible long part 112 elongating in a first direction D1, a second holding part 19 for holding a prescribed part of the long part 112 of the workpiece 110, with play in a direction intersecting the first direction D1, and one or more robot arms 13 for moving the first holding part 18 and the second holding part 19 in an operation region.
