Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component reactive curable type aqueous coating material composition for top coating providing a top coating film which hardly causes defects in a coated film that air bubbles are generated in the coated film, is excellent in coating workability and leveling property, and makes brushing marks and roller marks inconspicuous, even when formed so as to have high film thickness, and to provide a multilayer film formation method and a coated body using the same.SOLUTION: A two-component reactive curable type aqueous coating material composition for top coating contains (A) a carboxyl group-containing resin, (B) a curing agent, (C) a pigment and (D) water, where (B) the curing agent contains a carbodiimide group-containing compound, and the coating material composition has a content of a non-volatile content of 40-60 mass%, viscosity at a shear rate of 0.1 sand a temperature of 23°C of 90-1000 Pa s, viscosity at a shear rate of 1,000 sand a temperature of 23°C of 0.3-3 Pa s, and surface tension of 55-80 mN/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None
