Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an S/O type patch excellent in the transdermal absorbability of a hydrophilic compound and a method for producing the S/O type patch.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an adhesive patch comprising an adhesive layer retaining a medicament on a support. The adhesive layer comprises: a complex (A) of a sold-in-oil (S/O) type hydrophilic compound and a surfactant; a thermoplastic elastomer (B); an oily component (C). The content of the thermoplastic elastomer (B) relative to the total mass of the thermoplastic elastomer (B) and the oily component (C) is 10% by mass or more and less than 40% by mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
