Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover fixing structure for a connector to be hard to remove without increasing the number of lock arms by providing a specific shape of protrusion on a wire cover and a specific shape of groove in a connector housing, the former being structurally engaged with the latter.
SOLUTION: In a cover fixing structure for a connector, the wire guide face of a connector housing is covered with a wire cover and an engagement protrusion formed on the outer periphery of the connector housing is inserted in a locking hole for a lock arm formed in the wire cover and locked thereto. In addition, a protrusion 32 is provided in the inner periphery of the wire cover 30 to be directed inside and protruded to the side and a groove 22d is provided in the connector housing 20 to be open to the outer periphery and engaged with the corner of the protrusion 32 not to be pulled outward, the former being engaged with the latter.
