Abstract:
To provide a vacuum cleaner that can stop rotation of a side brush without detaching it when it is not necessary to rotate the side brush during cleaning.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 1 comprises, for example, a suction tool 2, an air blower 9, an operation button 30, a brush button 32, a control device 10, and a secondary battery 14. The control device 10 controls the motor 25 depending on operation performed for the brush button 32. The secondary battery 14 supplies power to the air blower 9 and the motor 25. When the remaining capacity of the secondary battery 14 is lower than a reference value, the control device 10 does not drive the motor 25, or decreases the rotation speed of the motor 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
