Abstract:
Provided is a vacuum cleaner that increase the visibility of dust. This vacuum cleaner comprises: a suction port body (200) that includes a dust suction port (203) and a light source (202) for irradiating a floor surface (500) with light exhibiting an absorption color absorbed by the floor surface (500); and an operation part for controlling emission of the light source (202). The operation part is configured to receive an operation that causes the light source (202) to emit light according to the details of content which is a medium allowing the correspondence relation between the color of the floor surface (500) and the light exhibiting the absorption color emitted from the light source (202) to be recognized.
