To provide an adjustable tie pad 10 which enables stable exhaust when injecting resin.SOLUTION: The adjustable tie pad 10 comprises: an injection unit 11 for injecting resin; a bag body 12 for accommodating the injected resin; and an air discharge unit 13 for discharging air in the bag body 12 with the injection.
