Abstract:
To reduce degradation in accuracy with which brake force is controlled although being in a situation where detection accuracy of vehicle speed declines, in a brake control device of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle 90 to which a control device 10 is applied as a brake control device has a sensor 81 capable of acquiring a rotation angle of a wheel 91. The control device 10 includes a first distance calculation part 12, a second distance calculation part 13, and a brake control part 11. The first distance calculation part 12 estimates longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle 90 based on a reference brake force, using a brake force corresponding to an operation amount of a brake operation member as the reference brake force, and calculates a brake force reference distance estimating a moving distance until the vehicle 90 stops, on the basis of the longitudinal acceleration. The second distance calculation part 13 calculates a wheel reference distance estimating a moving distance of the vehicle 90 based on a detection signal of the sensor 81 and a diameter of the wheel 91. The brake control part 11 executes feedback control for controlling the brake force to be applied to the vehicle 90 so that a difference between the brake force reference distance and the wheel reference distance is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
