Abstract:
The vessel (1) has a line of shafts (3) equipped with an engine consisting of a propeller pump (4) including a rotor, stators (40) and a conduit (41). A hull (2) presents a concave form (C) and a curve (I) defining the concave form according to a longitudinal and vertical section plane passing by a rotation axis of the rotor. The curve presents two inflection points (PI1, PI2), where one point is located upstream and the other point is located downstream from the pump, and a tangent (T) parallel with a axis (X-X') of the line. The tangent is located upstream of the pump.
