To provide a voltage conversion circuit capable of changing control parameters and control conditions in real time.SOLUTION: A voltage conversion circuit includes: an input terminal to which voltage is input; a memristor whose resistance value changes according to an externally input signal; and an output terminal that outputs a voltage having a value proportional to a value obtained by multiplying a value of the voltage input from the input terminal by a resistance value or a conductance value of the memristor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
