Abstract:
To provide a washing machine capable of conducting a washing operation in consideration of performances prioritized by a user.SOLUTION: An automatic washing machine 1 has an operation display section 72, which receives an operation for selecting a prioritized performance from a plurality of performances including a detergent saving performance, a water saving performance, a time reduction performance, and a damage reduction performance, and a control section 101, which sets a plurality of parameter values relating to a washing operation including detergent amount, water amount, intensity of water flow, washing time, rinsing time, and dehydration time based on selected performances to be prioritized during the washing operation. When conditions of possible decrease in a washing performance are satisfied, the control section 101 increases at least the detergent amount when the detergent saving performance is not selected as the performance to be prioritized, and sets at least another parameter value so as to increase the washing performance without increasing the detergent amount when the detergent saving performance is selected as the performance to be prioritized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
