Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a high operating pressure to be easily set and to enable the operating pressure to be set while confirming a set value when a pressure is controlled by a method wherein an amount of control is calculated on the basis of a detected value obtained from a pressure sensor and some control variables.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure is detected by a pressure sensor 2, the detected pressure is converted into an electrical analogue signal and outputted to an A/D converter 3. CPU 6 outputs a digital pressure data inputted from the pressure sensor 2 to a displaying device 4 to display it, compares the digital pressure data with either an ON set value or an off set value, calculates it and outputs a control signal to a relay 9. In addition, the CPU 6 corrects an inputted pressure value data by applying an off-set value. As a controlling condition inputted through an operating button 5, there are provided on/off operating pressure set value for a controlling output in addition to an off-set parameter or parameters such as a delay time and the like. The delay time is set to cause a control output of a relay driving circuit 9 to be delayed so as to restrict a hunting phenomenon generated at a pressure controller device 1.
