Abstract:
To enable a fire monitor device to be installed in a wall surface of a protection area without impairing design of an installation location.SOLUTION: A fire monitor device comprises: a device casing 16 embedded in a wall surface 11 while a front surface of the casing 16 is exposed; a fire detector 18 installed in the front surface of the device casing 16; a fire monitor releasing water from the front surface of the device casing 16; a decorative cover 14 openably/closably covering a front portion of the device casing 16 including the fire detector 18 and the fire monitor; and a cover driving mechanism holding the decorative cover 14 at a closed position at normal times, and moving the decorative cover 14 to an opened position in the case of fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
