To provide a wave washer used in a flexible member capable of improving load resistance and flexibility while realizing downsizing.SOLUTION: A plurality of wave washers 23 is laminated in an axial direction, is joined between their adjacent portions in a lamination direction by a plurality of joint parts 21, and is used for a flexible member 1 that can be bent in an axial direction by elastic deformation of the wave washer 23. The wave washer comprises: a plurality of peak parts 23a and valley parts 23b provided in a circumferential direction and each provided with the joint parts 21; and an easily deformable part 29 formed between portions in which the joint parts 21 are provided adjacently in the circumferential direction of the peak parts 23a and the valley parts 23b. The easily deformable part 29 is arranged at a position away from the portion where the joint part 21 is provided, and is more deformable than the portion between the portion where the joint portion 21 is provided, and the easily deformable part 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
