Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably repair a wear portion of a gas turbine component without generating any crack.SOLUTION: A wear portion repair method of a gas turbine component for repairing a wear portion 32 occurring in a shroud 29 of a turbine rotor blade 21 as a gas turbine component includes: a molding step of machining a wear portion 32 of a base material 31 of the shroud to mold a molding part 33; a charging step of charging a repair material 35 comprising a wear resistance material by using a joint material 34 as the molding part 33; and a joint step of executing diffusion heat treatment to the turbine rotor blade 21 charged with the repair material 35, and executing diffusion junction to the repair material 35 and the base material 31 of the shroud of the turbine rotor blade 21 through the joint material 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
