Abstract:
To provide a wheel separation tool and a wheel separation method for separating a wheel fixed to a hub in a novel manner, which can separate a wheel fixed to a hub with simple operations and are usable irrespective of wheel diameter.SOLUTION: A wheel separation tool 10 is for separating a wheel with a tire fixed to a hub disposed at an axle end of a vehicle being jacked up from the hub. The wheel separation tool 10 has an inclined plane on which a wheel T with a tire can be placed, and is set at a descent position of the wheel with a tire when the vehicle is jacked down from a jacked-up state such that the inclined plane is inclined in the axle direction of an axle S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
