Abstract:
To provide a wheelchair that can prevent the interior space of an automobile from becoming narrow and allows a wheelchair user to easily get on and off an unspecified number of automobiles.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 1 comprises a pair of left body frame 11 and right body frame 12, wheels 13, 14, and a seating part 19. The wheels 13, 14 are rotatably journaled to each of the body frames 11, 12. The seating part 19 is attached to the left body frame 11 and the right body frame 12, and is a portion on which a wheelchair user is seated. The right body frame 11 has a temporary seat part 123 for the wheelchair user to temporarily put the own weight when the wheelchair user transfers from the seating part 19 to a seat part of an automobile close to the wheelchair 1. The temporary seat part 123 is provided on the right outer side (outside in a Y direction) of a seat cushion 191 of the seating part 19 with respect to the right body frame 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
