Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket/coat with freedom of body movement.SOLUTION: A jacket/coat 100 is designed to provide an enhanced range of motion of a body and an airflow between the inside and outside of the jacket. This is accomplished by applying a layered construction comprising different fabric/textile materials to where the enhanced range of motion and airflow are desired. The jacket/coat particularly provides an enhanced range of motion for a wearer around the shoulders and arms. This is applicable to outer wear used in a physically demanding activity or any activity benefiting from a wide range of movement by the wearer's arms and shoulders.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
