To provide a combination of a roll body and a medicine packaging device, which suppresses strength degradation of a core body while facilitating attachment of the core body to a support shaft.SOLUTION: In a combination of a roll body and a medicine packaging device, the roll body includes a core body 61. The core body 61 includes: hooking recesses 615 which are provided on an inner periphery on one end side in an axial direction, and which engage with hooking protrusions 313 of a support shaft 31 in a state of being fitted to the support shaft 31 of the medicine packaging device, and thereby transmit torque from and to the support shaft 31; guiding recesses 616 which are provided on the inner periphery from an end of one end side in the axial direction toward the other end side in the axial direction, and which have an inner diameter dimension that is larger than an outer diameter dimension of the support shaft 31, in order to perform positioning in a circumferential direction relative to the support shaft 31 by engaging with guiding protrusions 317 of the support shaft 31, when fitting to the support shaft 31 is carried out; and inner peripheral surfaces 617 which are adjacent to the guiding recesses 616 in a circumferential direction, and thicker than the guiding recesses 616.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
