Abstract:
To provide a window regulator capable of corresponding to a difference in a moving amount of a window glass while suppressing an increase of cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: A window regulator 1 comprises: a guide rail 2; a carrier plate 3; a descent side cable 42 for pulling the carrier plate 3 in the descent direction; a drum 52 around which a part of the descent side cable 42 is wound; a motor 51 for rotating and driving the drum 52; a housing 50 that is fixed to the bottom edge of the guide rail 2 and that holds the drum 52 and the motor 51; and a stopper member 6 that restricts the carrier plate 3's further movement in the descent direction by moving with the descent side cable 42 for pulling the carrier plate 3 in the descent direction and coming into contact with the housing 50. The stopper member 6 is fixed to a predetermined position in the descent side cable 42 disposed between the carrier plate 3 and the housing 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
