Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uncomfortable noises while in use by limiting peeling risks during wiper blade coating that enhances blade durability.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a wiper blade (10) for a windshield wiper including a base body made from an elastomeric material at least partially covered with a coating. The coating has at least three overlapping layers referred to as an inner layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer layer, respectively, the inner layer forming a binding primer for binding with the intermediate layer and containing a lubricant filler with a substantially zero content, and the intermediate layer having a lubricant filler with a lower content than the content of the outer layer lubricant filler with no zero content.
