Abstract:
To make it possible to make no noise and ensure confidentiality when voice is used for information transmission.SOLUTION: A non-audible-sound generation device 13 generates non-audible-sound voice data whose contents are an acquisition instruction of latest information on an evacuation center A to an information collection device 23, and wirelessly transmits the voice data from a relay device 11 to a house-to-house receiver 21 through a console 12. The house-to-house receiver 21 outputs broadcast voice (non-audible-sound) corresponding to the received voice data from a speaker. The information collection device 23 performs an acquisition process of the latest information on the evacuation center A based on the instruction included in a non-audible-sound band of the broadcast voice received by the non-audible-sound receiver 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
