Abstract:
To automatically determine a situation of radio communication and reduce throughput more in selecting an optimal radio communication network suitable for the situation.SOLUTION: A radio communications system changes a radio communication state between a radio terminal 2 and a base station 3. Either or both of the radio terminal 2 and the base station 3 comprise: a situation information acquisition unit 23, 33 for acquiring situation information for performing radio communication; a DPI detection unit 24, 34 that on the basis of the situation information acquired by the situation information acquisition unit 23, 33, inspects a header 51 of packet data to be transmitted/received in the radio communication while controlling an inspection method for the header, the header having respective regions in which condition information required for performing the radio communication is stepwisely described from an upper concept to a lower concept; and a control unit 21, 31 for changing the radio communication state on the basis of a description content inspected by the DPI detection unit 24, 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
