Abstract:
In the production of crops in agriculture, horticulture, etc., damages caused by pests, etc., are still significant, and it has been required to develop a new agricultural and horticultural pesticide due to factors such as the emergence of pests resistant to conventional chemicals. The present invention has discovered that a compound represented by general formula (1) {in the formula, R1 represents an alkoxy carbonyl group or the like, R2 represents a substituted phenyl group or the like, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or the like, R4 represents a substituted phenyl group or the like, R5 represents an alkyl group or the like, Y represents an oxygen atom or the like, and m and n each represent 0 or 1} or a salt thereof has high pesticidal effect against pests and the like in the fields of agricultural and horticultural, and provides: an agricultural and horticultural pesticide containing the same as an active ingredient; and a method for using the pesticide.
