Abstract:

The present invention relates to a 1'-homoadenosne derivative, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hypoadiponectinemia-associated diseases or psoriasis, containing same as an active ingredient, and provides: a 1'-homoadenosne derivative represented by chemical formula 1, the derivative being a novel template as a pure dual PPARγ/δ modulator not exhibiting A3 adenosine receptor (AR) binding; and a pharmaceutical composition and a method for preventing or treating hypoadiponectinemia-associated diseases or psoriasis by using the adiponectin secretion-promoting activity and PPARδ antagonist activity of the derivative.
