Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a 1,300-MPa-grade or more cold-rolled steel plate having high extension and high hole-expansion performance and a manufacturing method therefor. The cold-rolled steel plate contains Fe and inevitable impurities, and further contains the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: C: 0.15%-0.30%; Si: 0.3%-0.5%; Mn: 1.8%-2.5%; Al: 0.01%-0.03%; B: 0.001%-0.003%; and Ti: 0-0.05%. Moreover, the percentage by mass of C and Mn satisfies: C+Mn/6≥0.52. A microstructure of the cold-rolled steel plate has nano-precipitates having an average diameter less than 30 nm. The cold-rolled steel plate has ultra-high strength, high extension and high hole-expansion performance, and excellent molding performance.
