Abstract:
A novel morphinan derivative represented by general formula (I), which is useful as an analgesic free from the problem of habituation and toxicity and is highly physiologically active. In said formula (I) R1 represents C1-C4 alkyl, allyl, cyclopropylmethyl, or benzyl substituted by alkyl, nitro, etc.; R2 represents fluoroalkyl such as trifluoromethyl, pentafluoroethyl, etc.; R3 represents hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; and X and Y represent each hydrogen or hydroxy, or X and Y are combined with each other to represent oxo.
