Abstract:
Disclosed are a 2-nitrogen-substituted pyrimidine compound represented by formula I, a respective optical isomer, a deuterated substance, a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the 2-nitrogen-substituted pyrimidine compound, and a use thereof as an AHR inhibitor. In the present invention, the 2-nitrogen-substituted pyrimidine compound represented by the formula I, the respective optical isomer, deuterated substance, prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can inhibit AHR and the functions and signal pathways controlled by AHR, so that the growth and proliferation of cancer cells and the invasiveness of tumor cells can be affected. Thus, the 2-nitrogen-substituted pyrimidine compound represented by formula I of the present invention, the respective optical isomer, the deuterated substance, the prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can be used for inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and inhibiting the metastasis and invasion of tumor cells.
