Abstract:
A compound represented by general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salt and ester thereof, production thereof, and the use thereof as an antibacterial agent. In formula (I), R represents hydrogen or methyl; R1 represents hydrogen or a negative charge; R2 and R3 may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, hydroxylated lower alkyl, formimidoyl, acetimidoyl, COOR4, CONR5R6, NR5R6, CH2COOR4, CH2NR5R6 or CH2CONR5R6; A represents =NR7 or =NR7R8, wherein R7 and R8 may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, hydroxylated lower alkyl, formimidoyl, acetimidoyl, COOR4, CONR5R6, NR5R6, CH2COOR4, CH2NR5R6 or CH2CONR5R6; p represents an integer of 0 to 3; and q and r are the same with each other and each represents an integer of 0 to 5.
