Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a 3-fluoropyridine-based organic semiconductor compound for an electron donor, based on low cost and high processability and having a wide bandgap; an organic electronic device comprising same; and an organic solar cell comprising a photoactive layer including same as an electron donor. The 3-fluoropyridine-based organic semiconductor compound according to the present invention can be used as a photoactive layer material of a bulk heterojunction or layer-by-layer structure in combination with conventional donors or acceptors, and therefore, an organic solar cell with high performance/high transmittance can be provided.
