Abstract:
A 3D printer having a microhole processing function, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a bed, a first laser unit, and a second laser unit. The bed is arranged inside a liquid photopolymer contained in a water tank. The first laser unit is arranged above the water tank and the liquid photopolymer, and emits a first beam at the liquid photopolymer on the bed so as to cure the liquid photopolymer and stack same on the bed one layer at a time, thereby forming a structure. The second laser unit is arranged so as to be spaced from the first laser unit at a predetermined distance, and emits a second beam at the structure obtained by curing the liquid photopolymer and stacking same on the bed, thereby forming a microhole. The first beam is an ultraviolet laser beam for curing and the second beam is an ultraviolet solid-state laser beam having a laser drilling function. In a case in which a method for processing a microhole by using a 3D printer having a microhole processing function, according to embodiments of the present invention, is set to constantly process until the position of a microhole on an x-y plane of a structure to be outputted reaches a first point in the z-axis direction, the method comprises: a first step in which a first laser unit emits a first beam at a bed when a modeling file of the structure to be outputted is inputted into the 3D printer, and thus a liquid photopolymer contained in a water tank is cured and stacked one layer at a time so that a first structure is outputted up to the first point in the z-axis direction; and a second step in which a second laser unit emits a second beam at the first structure outputted up to the first point in the z-axis direction so as to form a first microhole in the first structure.
