Abstract:
Disclosed is a 3D printing device with multiple degrees of freedom, the printing device comprising a printing mechanism, a rotatable worktable (1200), a visual inspection mechanism and control means (1300). The printing mechanism comprises a printing head (1107). The worktable (1200) comprises a work surface (1203). The printing mechanism and the worktable (1200) are combined to have three degrees of freedom of movement, and the worktable (1200) has two degrees of freedom of rotation. The visual inspection mechanism comprises a camera, wherein same is mounted to move integrally with the printing head (1107) so as to monitor the angle of the worktable. The control means (1300) divides a three-dimensional model to be printed into multiple modules, and controls the worktable (1200) to make the orientation of the work surface (1203) suitable for printing using the printing head before printing each of the modules, so that the module is sufficiently supported by the printed modules bordering same during printing without additional outside support.
