Abstract:
Provided is a 3D printing method for a shock-absorption sole and insole of a negative poisson ratio structure, relating to the technical field of 3D printing. The method comprises: selecting a certain amount of polymer elastomers, and fabricating into corresponding powders under certain conditions; then drawing a sole model of a sole auxetic lattice structure by using 3D computer modeling software; and printing the polymer elastomers into computer-drawn soles and insoles by using a laser sintering 3D printer under given conditions. By means of the method, the problems which are difficult to realize by the conventional model forming technology and shock-absorption material fabricating technology are solved, and the fabricated soles and insoles by 3D printing are high in impact toughness and further have excellent elasticity, shear resistance, shock absorption performance, etc.
